From the Province of Yunnan, in the south of China, it has long leaves with plenty of golden tips.Delicately scented, stimulating, it is ideal for breakfast and is one the only Chinese teas which may be served with milk.

How to prepare : Infuse in hot water between 85 to 90°C during 3 minutes, but you can also infuse as long as you like.
