During the XIX century, Compagnie Coloniale was the exclusive tea supplier to the Hotel Regina Excelsior in Nice. Queen Victoria, Empress of India, was a regular resident, and she was organizing wonderful tea times with her friends Empress Eugenie, and Empress Marie Fedorovna of Russia. In the memory of these historical and exceptional ladies, Compagnie Coloniale launches a tea blend with Mediterranean fruits, such as raspberry and pistachio.

How to prepare : Infuse in hot water between 85 to 90°C during 3 minutes, but you can also infuse as long as you like.
